1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Dipak Kadamb IT Consultancy concerning your access to and use of this website. By accessing the Site, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Professional Services

Any IT consultancy services, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), Zoho implementations, and software development provided will be governed by a separate customized Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed directly between both parties.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or integration implementations without prior formalized contracts.
